As part of Vision 2021: Digital Bangladesh,the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has approved a project titled “Learning and Earning Development Project” to be implemented by the ICT Division of the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology. The specific objectives of the project are to: 

• Train 55,000 persons and developed them as skilled manpower to be freelancers in the IT/ICT sector
• Expose outsourcing capabilities in IT/ICT era into global market leading
• Create new job facilities in the global market and improve national awareness at all levels
• Create master trainers in freelancing area to disseminate the training program in the grassroots level. 

The project was started under some private company. Total number of company who meet the ICT requirement to run the project are sixty four. Some company started project from January 2015. Among sixty four company Banglanet Technologies Limited is one who get the permission to run the project. Banglanet Technologies Limited started the first project on 18th February 2015 and its last 15 days (Finished 7th March 2015). The Location of the project was Boalia Muktijoddah degree College, Kalaroa, Satkhira. It was a successful project by Banglanet Technologies Limited.
